PAYMENTS
For your convenience, we offer payment plan options. All payments must be received on or by the noted deadlines to avoid losing your reservation. No discounts will be offered if attendees decide to arrive/leave before the conclusion of the weekend. All sales are final and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the resort venue.

FOOD
Retreat registration does not include food accommodations, outside of the brunch meal. There is an onsite restaurant on the resort property to accommodate all dining needs. Attendees will have access to those options during all breaks.
LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS
Saved in the City has reserved a block of rooms at our retreat venue. Rooms are located directly above our meeting space and restaurant for your convenience. The special discounted rate is $189/night + tax. All roommate arrangements will need to be coordinated directly by attendees. We recommend you room with others if you would like to split the cost. Saved in the City will not be responsible for lodging accommodations.

This retreat is only open to women. Only attendees whose registration has been confirmed and full payments have been received before the registration deadline will be permitted into retreat activities.

"I won't know anyone."
We get it, going away for a retreat with a group of strangers can be daunting, but here's the thing: We are all family! We come from different backgrounds, yes. We are different ages, yes. We are into different things, yes. However, what we have in common far outweighs our differences. Sure, come by yourself but just know, you are going to leave the retreat, with new sisters and connections that will last a lifetime. (It happens every year!)
"I am too old/young."
No you're not! Our retreats are available for all ages and backgrounds. We truly have something for everyone!
"It won't be fun."
Ha! Girl, you haven't been to a party until you have been to a Saved in the City party! We have a great time! We laugh, dance, cry and have an all-around amazing experience. Imagine taking a trip with your best girlfriends and cousins (that's us!)
"I don't need a retreat."
Everyone can use a retreat. There is always more to learn and experience. You will gain so much by intentionally taking some time away from your normal pace of life for spiritual growth and personal reflection. Girl, you so need this!
There are a number of excuses that can be offered up for why you should not attend. Some may be justifiable, but often times, the main obstacle is fear. Don't allow fear of something new stop you from attending. Trust us when we say, you are going to love it!

What is the Serenity Retreat?
The Serenity Retreat is a four-day immersive experience created for women to rest, reset, and reconnect spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Through empowerment sessions, curated experiences, community moments, and intentional rest, you will leave refreshed and renewed.

Where and when is the retreat taking place?
The 2026 Serenity Retreat will take place in Orlando, FL, April 23-26, 2026. Full venue details, and the final schedule will be shared with registered attendees.

Are meals included?
Meals are not included, with the exception of the Royal Brunch and Tea Party, which is included with your retreat package. There is a restaurant on property, along with nearby dining options, allowing you the flexibility to choose what best fits your preferences during the retreat.

What should I wear?
Comfortable and casual. You will receive the official Serenity Retreat merch with your registration. Also, ladies are asked to wear royal blue tea party dresses during our brunch. Additional style guidance and packing suggestions will be provided closer to the retreat.

Can I attend alone?
Absolutely. Many women attend on their own and leave with lifelong connections. The retreat is designed to foster genuine sisterhood and community.

Will there be free time?
Yes. The retreat includes intentional space for rest, reflection, and personal time.

Will there be any optional add-on experiences?
Yes. We are planning an optional Sunday day trip to Disney World for those who would like to extend their Serenity Retreat experience. Additional details, pricing, and logistics will be shared with registered attendees closer to the retreat.

Do I need to be Christian to attend?
While the retreat is faith-centered and rooted in Christian values, all women are welcome. You can expect prayer, encouragement, and biblical principles shared in a welcoming and uplifting environment.

Is lodging included in the retreat price?
Lodging is not included unless otherwise stated. Room block details and recommended accommodations will be shared once registration is complete.

Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of retreat planning and the commitments required to secure venues, speakers, and experiences, all registrations are non-refundable. We truly appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to thoughtfully prepare an exceptional experience for every attendee.
